Street prostitution is available but quite rare in Quebec City and the lack of any designated red light zone makes it a bit of a hit-and-miss activity.
To be blunt:
It’s illegal, and we don’t recommend it.
There are also no official brothels but the erotic massage parlours service some of the demand for adult thrills, albeit within some very grey lines in the law.
As ever, the fall back of hiring an escort is also an option for getting an out-call service in Quebec. Often referred to as ‘accompanying services’, some agencies do offer in-call as well.

The main nightclub is modern and well appointed with dancing poles and a light show as well as a bar. Far from being a vanilla environment, the club offers the chance to socialize and mingle in a kind of foreplay before heading to the play areas.
An extra fee of $10 is payable for a locker when you change environment to the swinging zone. Guests can enjoy several areas including mirror room, four bedrooms, voyeurs area and lounge.

Single men are not permitted on Saturdays.

Club Euro

Club Euro is a little dated and is considered by some to be a little cliquey. Nevertheless, the club is more of a traditional house party than a modern club and may suit couples who like a less formal environment.
It is well priced and is open on Friday and Saturday until 3.00am.

Erotic Massage Parlors
As brothels are illegal in Canada, the common place to get an adult service of some kind is via an erotic massage parlour. It’s widely documented that many of the body rub centres will, at bare minimum, provide a happy ending. Others provide covered service including oral and penetrative sex.
Body rub centres come with a raft of licensing requirements, whilst the ladies working in them have to maintain valid work permits and licenses.
The licenses typically extend only so far as the “manipulation of soft tissue“, however, what gets agreed by two consenting adults in private is typically seen as legal.

The atmosphere can get pretty rowdy at weekends and you shouldn’t expect the sophistication of a gentleman’s club; more a saucy roadhouse than erotic club.
You can get a private dance but these can be costly at around $20 a song.

Cabaret Lady Mary Ann

Bar La Brousaille

Opened in 1976, Bar Brousaille has been providing residents and guests of Quebec City with seductive dancers for over 40 years.

Bar L’Extase (or the Ecastay Bar) is located south of the St Lawrence River and is about a 30 minute drive from the city (Route 275).
It’s a spit and sawdust style strip bar but the dancers have a really good reputation. It is perhaps the venue’s selling point that it is welcoming, unpretentious and focused on what it does best; serving greet beer and providing sexy entertainment.

Street Prostitutes
There is no designated red-light district in Quebec City though street prostitutes can often be found in the downtown area of the city.
According to recent research, the average prices being charged on the street are in the order of $50-$100 for a full service though some will provide oral for $20-$40.
This is relying on anecdotal forum evidence, and may be out of date.
However, this is becoming less common with most hookers using the preferred method of online bookings via classifieds or escort directories to procure clients.
It should be noted: picking up is illegal.
