Club Wanda’s: Inside the Famous Montreal Strip Club

With an appropriate nickname of Sin City which lingers from the prohibition era, Montreal has plenty to offer gentleman looking for some adult entertainment.

Operating for over forty years, Club Wanda’s is a strip club south of Downtown Montreal offering a classy night out to enjoy the female form.

The club has a no-contact policy although there are private areas where you can experience a more intimate dance. The policy ensures that the venue has an elegant and respectable tone; this means that you can often find minor celebrities at Club Wanda’s such as visiting hockey players or stars from overseas.

Club Wanda’s has a reputation for offering high-quality entertainment that is not seedy; they welcome couples and women as well as gents.

The club takes its name from the Penthouse cartoon character, Wicked Wanda, that appeared during the 1970’s in the top shelf magazine.

Facilities and Services at Wanda’s

Wanda’s is laid out over four floors and covers a huge 15,000 ft2.

There are several areas in which the dancers perform with comfortable leather seating to enjoy the shows in style. Salon Venus offers more private seating on a separate level and gives a more intimate feel with great views.

You can have a private dance which lasts one song for $10 and does not include any contact. You can make use of the VIP lounge to enjoy a more intimate dance but expect to pay more for the experience. The room is plush with luxurious wing backed chairs, chaise-longue and atmospheric mood lighting. There are also private single rooms for one-one-one dances which are arranged like dressing rooms with curtains to screen your enjoyment. Decorated in rich red fabric and ebony furniture the private booths are very popular.

The three bars are well-stocked but the drinks are pricey even for a bottle of beer or glass of wine. Champagne and bottle services are available.

A terrace bar overlooks the street below and offers a good spot for people watching whilst you enjoy a relaxing drink.

Club Wanda’s has a great food menu and is reasonably priced with good sized portions.

The venue is well arranged to cater for several events at the same time meaning a single stag party doesn’t dominate the place.

Cheese and fruit platters give the place a slightly classier feel and more in keeping with a traditional gentleman’s club.

The girls are extremely attractive and experienced dancers who know how to perform. The club has a reputation for employing the best looking, erotic performers in the city. Friendly and flirtatious, they have a reputation for having exceptional personalities as well as being sexy. With anywhere between 30 and 50 women working for the club at any one time, the rosters are able to be varied and you can be guaranteed a new show every time you visit.

The range of ethnicity, age and shapes is also diverse and offers a feast for the eyes whatever your tastes are.
